Role Overview:
As the Performance Marketing Lead at Bombay Shaving Company, you will be responsible for driving significant growth and ROI across all paid digital channels. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, tech) and external partners (agencies, platforms) to achieve ambitious acquisition and revenue targets. This role demands a data-driven approach, a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and a proven track record of scaling performance marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic Display, Affiliate Marketing, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize significant performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
- Lead the planning and execution of A/B tests and experiments across ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Work closely with the tech team to implement tracking solutions and ensure data accuracy for effective campaign measurement and attribution.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and platform partners, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and delivering optimal results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and strategies.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:
- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing, exposure to E Commerce and Quick commerce.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing performance marketing budgets to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, including ad platforms, analytics tools, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the FMCG or eCommerce industry, with a strong understanding of the online consumer journey.
