We're looking for a product thinker who can own that mission end-to-end.
Role overview:
We're hiring a Product Manager - Website & Digital Experience to take full ownership of BSC's D2C website strategy. You will define the product roadmap, drive conversion rate optimisation, and ensure every element of the digital storefront - from homepage to post-purchase - is intentional, data-backed, and brand-right.This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of growth, design, and technology. You'll work with a cross-functional team spanning engineering, design, marketing, and category - and you'll be expected to lead, not just coordinate.
Key responsibilities:
Website Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the end-to-end product roadmap for BSC's D2C website (Shopify-based), aligned with business goals and revenue targets
- Prioritise features, experiments, and tech investments using a structured framework (RICE, ICE, or equivalent)
- Lead quarterly planning with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Own the website as a product - from information architecture and navigation to checkout and loyalty flows
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Set up and own a continuous A/B and multivariate testing pipeline across key funnel stages - landing pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout

- Define, track, and report on core conversion KPIs: sessions, CVR, ATC rate, checkout completion rate, bounce rate, and revenue per visitor
- Identify conversion leakages through funnel analysis and translate findings into prioritised product experiments
- Partner with performance marketing to align landing page experiences with paid traffic intent
Data & Analytics
- Own the website analytics stack - ensure accurate tracking via GA4, Hotjar, clarity or equivalent tools
- Build dashboards and regular reporting cadences to keep stakeholders aligned on website performance
- Drive decisions through data - every major feature or change should have a clear hypothesis, metric, and success criterion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary interface between the tech/dev team and business stakeholders (growth, brand, category)
- Write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories that translate business requirements into actionable engineering briefs
- Work closely with the UI/UX design team to ensure experiences are both conversion-optimised and on-brand
- Collaborate with the customer insights team to incorporate VOC (voice of customer) data into product decisions.

- D2C / Ecommerce Product Experience 3-5 years of PM experience, with at least 2 years owning a consumer-facing website or app
- Shopify Hands-on experience managing or building on Shopify; understanding of theme architecture, apps, and limitations
- CRO & Funnel Analytics Demonstrated experience running A/B tests and improving conversion metrics with measurable outcomes
- Analytics Tools Proficient with GA4, Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity, or similar; can build and interpret funnels independently
- PRD Writing Ability to write crisp, unambiguous product requirements that engineering teams can act on without hand-holding
- Stakeholder Management Comfortable aligning cross-functional teams with competing priorities; can push back with data
Preferred skill set:
- Familiarity with Shopify apps ecosystem (reviews, upsells, loyalty, personalisation tools)
- Exposure to headless commerce or frontend performance optimisation (Core Web Vitals, page speed)
- Experience with personalisation tools (Nosto, Rebuy, or similar)
- Basic SQL or ability to pull your own data without always depending on a data analyst
- Prior experience in a D2C brand, consumer startup, or growth-stage ecommerce company
