Job Description
- As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in maintaining store standards and ensuring that business dynamics are effectively managed according to the store manager's instructions. Your primary focus will be on basic store operations to ensure efficient trading, compliance with legal regulations, and delivery of high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist in creating sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
