Payments are a complex, competitive, and exciting industry. As a Fintech Products PM, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our payment methods and processes,payment reconciliation and financial reporting processes. You will be responsible for building scalable platforms that revolutionalise the future of payments. Your work will directly impact our ability to provide seamless payment experiences for our partners and enhance financial insights for the organization. The scope is massive: 50+ countries, hundreds of thousands of partners, and billions of dollars in payments volume.
What youll be doing:

• Lead the development of scalable (platform) product features that optimize user experience, drive adoption, and increase revenue generation for Booking.coms financial products.
• Work on the Fintech Platform to enhance payment reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Improve monitoring, reliability, and the clarity of the pay-ins from customers and payouts to our partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key payment indicators and establish reporting frameworks.

• Enable product led streamlining of financial reporting processes, providing insights into payment cycles and trends.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging platform thinking to drive innovation in payment cycle management.
  

What youll bring:
Required

• A track record for shipping large-scale, successful software platform products;
• 4+ years of product management experience involving payments or financial products at a global tech company
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization;

Get Hired
• Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques;
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built.

• B2B Product Management experience;
