Position: Social Media Marketer

Location: E2 Plot No 4, Jhandewalan Extension, Metro Station Gate No 2, New Delhi 110055

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2-4 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Timings: 10 AM - 6 PM (Mon-Friday) Saturday half day WFH

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns that align with BookLeafs strategic objectives. You will lead efforts to amplify our authors reach and enhance their visibility across digital platforms.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Design and execute result-oriented social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Align campaigns with BookLeafs marketing packages, emphasizing influencer collaborations, book giveaways, and content promotions.
  • Develop innovative strategies for increasing audience engagement and traffic redirection.
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Research and collaborate with influencers relevant to the books genre and target audience.
  • Create influencer briefs detailing campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and monitor campaign outcomes.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Develop and manage a content calendar tailored to different book genres and audiences.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing social media assets, including reels, static posts, and promotional videos.
  • Generate creative and engaging content to promote authors and their works.
  • Integration with Amazon Marketing Efforts
  • Assist in driving traffic to Amazon listings through social media campaigns designed to:
  • Promote Amazon reviews.
  • Increase visibility by highlighting ranking optimization efforts.
  • Redirect social media audiences to purchase books on Amazon.
  • Strategically align social media content with ongoing Amazon ad campaigns to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and Facebook Analytics.
  • Prepare reports on key metrics, identifying areas of improvement and actionable recommendations.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

  • Growth in social media engagement rates (likes, shares, comments).
  • Increase in website traffic and conversions from social media campaigns.
  • Successful execution of influencer collaborations and their impact on campaign reach.
  • Improvement in Amazon book rankings and number of reviews through integrated strategies.
  • Timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with campaign goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in the publishing or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar social media management platforms.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with book publishing trends and genres.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to execute data-driven campaigns.
