Consultant - Events & Operations

We also produce and manage the biggest music events, live performances, sports, plays across India such as Lollapalooza, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Bandland, Guns N Roses, U2, Cirque De Soleil, Indian Premier League and others.

• Take full ownership of the event i.e.- Taking event Live Online for sales including Box Office and Gate Management.
• 
  Work closely with the client on-ground and fulfill requirements as per the events. Build partnerships with local vendors & venues for the events.
• Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to make sure everything is adhered as per the client standards Asses the overall event success and submit findings
• Support implementation of the communication plan for all events under the direction of Manager
• Manage event inventory (PDAs, printers, lanyards, etc)
• Ability to manage the ticketing for Events/Sports/Plays all over the country whenever required.
• Prepare Reports / Reconciliation post events. Co-ordinating with Internal and external stakeholders.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience preferably in the Events background.
• Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules/deadlines
• Effective crisis management, time management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Has passion for events with an accurate eye for details.
• Excellent communication skills with command over the English (written and verbal) Must be ready to travel for work.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ready to work in flexible timings.
