On our team, youll coach a development team of professionals to attain their highest performance, while ensuring the project is successfully progressed. Youll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools from Atlassian youll strengthen sustain able process improvements to help your team organize and deliver with minimal challenges.
In this role, youll directly impact law enforcement by shepherding development teams towards a common goal. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in Agile frameworks, such as SAFe, and leadership, technical development, and cloud solutions while successfully delivering project solutions that will protect our public and internal workforce.

You Have:

• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Experience driving client delivery and e nga ging with client management
• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelors degree and 1+ years of experience as Scrum Master of a development team, or 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master of a development team in lieu of a degree

• Knowledge of the project management framework
• Knowledge of IT infrastructures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to assist development teams
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
