Marketing Intern – Project Coordinator

A) Project Coordination:

• Understand project briefs and ensure they are clearly communicated to the creative/design team.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal teams (designers, copywriters, developers) to ensure timely execution.
• Track progress across multiple projects, flag delays, and assist in resolving roadblocks.
• Maintain project timelines and update trackers regularly.

B) Content and campaign support:

• Support the creation and rollout of monthly social media content calendars and digital campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing assets are delivered accurately and aligned with brand guidelines.

C) Status reporting:

• Provide weekly project status updates to the reporting manager.
• Maintain a clear overview of active, upcoming, and completed tasks.

D) Quality control:

• Review deliverables for consistency and attention to detail before client/internal submission.
