Job Objective

• 8+ years of SAP Convergent Charging experience with at least 2 E2E Implementations


• Solutioning proficiency and hands on experience on SAP BRIM Convergent Charging with CC version of 4.0 and 5.0


• Understand the current business process and design the business solution for Rating, Charging, Refilling and Rerating processes


• Good Experience in troubleshooting errors with CC Logs from server, understanding of Java APIs and SOAP Webservices


• Having excellent understanding and experience in Order to Cash process


• Capable of understanding the complex business processes and requirements, and transforming them into simple solutions in SAP.


• Having overall understanding of SAP BRIM SOM, CI & FICA and integrations with other third party mediation tools
  


• Good understanding of Customer Master data, transaction data and flow of data from SAP CRM SOM to FICA postings


• Having good experience in writing detailed Functional specifications, Business blueprint, Technical Specification, prepare test scenarios and write test scripts
  

Primary Responsibilities

• To enable Digital Business with necessary Billing and Taxation capabilities for effective and efficient operation.


• To collect business requirements with appropriate priority and convert that into IT/process requirements


• To manage and execute IT and process roll-out projects meeting cost-time-and performance targets in close co-operation with different business and process stakeholders


• To collaborate with different global teams for alignment, learn and deploy the suitable global solution


• Information Technology experience in B2B and Digital Business


• Utilize knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging to design solutions which meet business objectives


• Enable the testing teams with required knowledge of Convergent Charging to carry out test runs

Desired Experience
8+ years of SAP Convergent Charging experience with at least 2 E2E Implementations:

• Agile working principles and methodologies in practice


• Excellent communication skills and client handling skills


• Good Understanding of other SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI and FICA)
  

Qualifications

• Engineering with or equivalent professional qualifications in field relating to Information technologies


• Any additional PG diploma / knowledge of Digital Transformation is preferred
