Boeing India Supply Chain Team currently looking for an Associate Tooling procurement Analyst to join team in Bangalore, India. This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual.
This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support BCA Business.
The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. They must be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel, having international experience working with diverse groups and cultures will be an added advantage. The ability to multi task & delivers within timelines is essential. Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools is preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains accountability of Boeing-owned tooling from acquisition to final disposition.
- Develops, runs and pulls data and reports
- Uses Boeing system tools to handle property records for Boeing-owned tools, including CTMA (Contract Tool Management Application), SAP (Systems Applications and Products), and CTDM (Contract Tool Disposition Management).
- Coordinates the submittal and disposition of Boeing-owned tooling at supplier locations.
- Manages the transfer of Boeing-owned tooling between supplier sites and Boeing locations by coordinating, preparing and documenting appropriate forms to indicate change of ownership, accountability or location of tooling in accordance with customer contracts or corporate policy.
- Ability to verify that property records accurately reflect inventory records for Boeing-owned tooling.
- Assists in performing virtual inventory audits, documenting processes and procedures and investigating and reporting lost or damaged property
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering in any stream with 4-8 years of Demonstrated experience in Supply chain, Inventory management, Procurement support

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering in any stream with 4-8 years of Demonstrated experience in Supply chain, Inventory management, Procurement support
