We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Bengali & English - Video Editor to join our dynamic content creation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in video editing, podcast production, Shorts, and visual storytelling, focusing on delivering high-quality content for diverse platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects, from podcasts to complex motion graphics

Edit long and short-form content for social media (YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram).

Enhance videos with transitions, text overlays, sound effects, and music.

Optimize content per YouTube SEO best practices (tags, thumbnails, descriptions).

Ensure accuracy in regional content by understanding multiple Indian languages.

Research competitor content to innovate and improve editing strategies.

Maintain organized video file storage and backups.

Adapt style based on feedback and analytics.

2-3 years of professional video editing experience (preferably for YouTube/social media).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Knowledge of YouTube SEO basics is a plus.

Strong storytelling and pacing skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of motion graphics, Canva, or basic animation.

Understanding of YouTube Analytics and content performance metrics.
