Campus Recruiting Lead

What role you will play in team: Lead all campus recruitment activities across various colleges and universities.

What you will do: You will develop and implement effective strategies to attract top-tier talent from leading educational institutions.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies.
• Build relationships with university career services departments.
• Attend career fairs and other recruiting events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
  
• Manage the offer process.
• Track key metrics and report on recruitment results.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in campus recruiting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
