Financial Due Diligence Associate

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team conducting financial due diligence on potential investments for BCG's clients in India.

What you will do: You'll work on financial modeling, valuation, and analysis, and contribute to reports and presentations for senior management.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the financial health of target companies.
• Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the development of innovative financial due diligence methodologies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial due diligence, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling software.
