What Youll Do
You will be a key member of our Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), thats redefining how we deliver world-class HR servicesscaling operational excellence, driving innovation, and enhancing the employee experience across every touchpoint. Youll collaborate with colleagues across multiple geographies and time zones, forming part of a close-knit global HR network that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparing and processing HR documentation for employee lifecycle events (e.g., new hires, exits, changes) with added complexity or exceptions to SOPs.
- Managing escalated or non-routine employee documentation requests such as employment verifications, references, and visa letters.
- Conducting and leading onboarding and background verification processes including induction plans and welcome communications.
- Resolving process deviations using sound judgment; identifying and troubleshooting issues proactively.
- Producing accurate and insightful reporting on employee data (e.g., anniversaries, distribution lists, milestones).
- Conducting regular audits on team outputs to ensure quality and compliance; identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
- Coaching and mentoring GT and CS1-level colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and capability building.
- Partnering with stakeholders to address escalations and support continuous process refinement.
- 26 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services; HR process management experience is a must
- Proficiency in Workday (preferred) or other HR ERP systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio)
- Experience working in a professional services or multinational environment
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
