HR Analyst - Recruiting Operations

What role you will play in team: Support the recruiting team by managing data, creating reports, and improving processes.

What you will do: Analyze recruiting data, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibility:

• Collect, analyze, and report on recruiting data.
• Track key metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in recruiting processes.
• Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports.
  
• Assist with the implementation of new recruiting technologies.
• Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR or recruiting operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
