Marketing & Communications Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and manage all marketing and communication activities for BCG's India operations.

What you will do: Develop and execute marketing plans, manage relationships with media and stakeholders, and track campaign results.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget and resources effectively.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing and communication professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.

• Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
