Operations Manager - Project Support

What role you will play in team: You will lead and manage a team providing operational support for BCG's consulting projects. Ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.

What you will do: You'll oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, and communications. You will act as a key point of contact for project-related issues.

Key responsibility:

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee project communications and reporting.
• Coordinate with consultants and other support staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in project management or operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
