What Youll Do
We are looking for a driven and intellectually curious Talent Sourcing Specialist to join BCGs APAC
Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. In this role, you will lead proactive sourcing efforts for highpriority technology positions across India, with a strong focus on emerging and in-demand tech skill
areas including Generative AI, Digital Product Management, Software Engineering, and other
cutting-edge technology disciplines.
Working in close partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, you will own the end-to-end
sourcing strategy — from market mapping and talent intelligence to candidate engagement and
pipeline development — ensuring BCG continues to attract world-class technology talent.
What Youll Do

• Lead proactive sourcing for critical technology roles across BCG India, spanning Generative AI,
  

Digital Product, Full-Stack Engineering, Data Science, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Platform
Engineering.

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to define role requirements, ideal
  

candidate profiles, and tailored sourcing strategies for each position.

• Identify and engage both active and passive talent through direct outreach, social media
  

platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle), talent communities, and professional networks.

• Develop and execute market mapping and talent intelligence exercises to provide data-driven
  

insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks.

• Build and manage robust, future-ready talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring
  

needs and long-term workforce planning.

• Articulate and champion the BCG employee value proposition compellingly across all candidate
  

interactions, networking events, and brand-building activities.

• Conduct initial screening and high-level assessment of candidates technical knowledge, skills,
  

and cultural fit.

• Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking
  

System (ATS) and provide regular pipeline health reports to stakeholders.

• Cybersecurity & Enterprise Technology — Security Engineers, ERP Specialists, IT Architects
  

What Youll Bring

• 2–4+ years of talent acquisition or sourcing experience, with a strong track record in tech
  

hiring — agency or in-house experience in professional services or consulting is a plus.

• Proven expertise in sourcing for technology roles — ideally including GenAI, Digital Product, or
  

Engineering talent.

• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean
  

search, talent intelligence tools (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut).

• Experience conducting talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market benchmarking
  

exercises.

• Strong candidate assessment skills with experience in competency/behavioural-based
  

screening.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to craft compelling outreach and
  

articulate complex roles clearly.

• High degree of organisation and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches without
  

compromising quality.

• Creative problem-solver who can adapt sourcing strategies when conventional approaches
  

dont yield results.

• Bachelors degree with strong academic achievement.

Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and regional Talent Acquisition leads — with
