What Youll Do

Joinourteam and be a partofrevolutionizing organizational transformationwithOrgBuilder, BCG’spatented, cloud-basedsoftwareplatform. OrgBuilderisdesignedtofostercollaboration, enhanceemployeeengagement, and enabledata-driven organizational redesign. Sinceitsinceptionin 2010, OrgBuilderhasbeen instrumental in over 3,000 projects, redefiningmorethan 4 millionrolesto craft higher-performingorganizations. With OrgBuilder, you will contributetoshaping the futureof organizational health and performance, ensuringclientscanachieve and sustaintheirtransformationgoals.

You will join an expandingimplementationteamfocused on proprietary BCG productswhichcomplementtheirconsultingofferings.This is a client-facing, executionfocusedpositionand thesuccessfulcandidate will work on multiple projectswith international counterpartsin parallel. Primary responsibilitiesinclude (but arenot limited to):

• Implementing and customizingoursoftwaresolutionsforclientprojects

• Translatebusinessrequirements and problemsintoappropriatetechnicalsolutions

• Deliver ad-hoc requestsfromclients, BCG project and proposalteams

• Ensure high qualityoutputsand insights. 

• Contributetowardsdocumentation (e.g. ofdata, proposals) toenhanceoverallworkoutput

• 
  Prioritizeproductquality and identifyanomalies and inconsistencies in data and application

• Embedsecurity and riskguidelinesintoeveryaspectofperformedtasks

• Analyse dataforproduct development/managementpurposes and client support work

• Build easy-to-use and interactiveanalysismodels

• Buildfirstconnectionpointsbetweenproductsforincreasedimpactforcase/projectwork and productevolution

You’regood at

• Working in a fast-pacedteam and international environment

• Providing end-to-end support on the technicalaspectsofcasesincludingdeployment, datamigration, systemintegration, configuration, troubleshooting and technologyworkarounds in caseoftoolbugs and limitations

• Customizing and configuringtools per clientneedsusing SQL, and developingdata ETL processes

• Designing and developingdashboardsusingtools like Tableau and Power BI

• Working in the analyticssolutionsfieldorsoftwareimplementation/support orinfrastructure

• Accuracy, strong attentiontodetail and outstandingcustomerserviceorientation

What Youll Bring

• Bachelorsdegree in data, engineering, computerscience, or

• 2-6 yearsof total, full time experience
• 1+ year in the fieldofproductionimplementation, application support ordatamanagement/analysis

Technical skills

• SQL (Advanced)

• Cloud Computing, ideally AWS or Azure (Basic)

• Understanding ofobject-orientedprogramming: C#, VBA (Basic)

• Excel (Advanced)

• Alteryx (Basic/Intermediate)

• Tableau (Intermediate)

Non-technicalskills

• Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskillsin English

• Excellent problem-solvingskills

• Self-motivation and abilitytooperateautonomously in a structuredmanner

• Previousexperienceofworking in application support team(s), client delivery roles and withglobal stakeholders/teams

• Experience in promotingtechnicalsolutions/tools, demoingthemtoclients and outlining the benefits & advantages

• Additional languageskillsare a plus
