Job Title: Business Development Manager Corporate Training

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Business Development preferably EdTech firm.

Salary Range: ?610 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in Corporate Training to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities in the corporate training sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales or corporate training business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the corporate sector.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to generate a pipeline of high-quality leads.

Client Outreach:

  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and leverage LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, L&D, and C-level executives.

Needs Analysis & Customization:

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored corporate training solutions.
  • Present value propositions aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide insights to enhance the organizations offerings and strategies.

CRM Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Contribute to the development of customized proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Corporate Training or B2B Sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic about driving business growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling corporate training solutions or working with L&D teams.
  • Familiarity with industry trends in training and development.
  • Strong network in the corporate sector.
