Tax Manager
Develop, improve, and maintain all tax-related compliance and business processes.
Document internal controls and ensure tax compliance.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance/ Taxation
Strong in public accounting with SEC experience.
Experience in ASC accounting for income taxes, including stock-based compensation, valuation analysis and uncertain tax positions

Collaborate with external advisors on R&D tax credit calculations.
Research and resolve tax notices and support audit closure activities.
