Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to enhance our client's brand presence, drive engagement, and generate quality leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in LinkedIn marketing strategies, content creation, analytics, and paid campaigns to position our brand effectively and grow our audience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic LinkedIn marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, manage, and optimize compelling LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, graphics, videos, and thought leadership pieces.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid LinkedIn campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, and Display Ads) to maximize ROI and lead acquisition.
- Regularly monitor and analyze LinkedIn analytics, including performance metrics on follower growth, engagement rates, website clicks, and lead conversion rates.
- Identify industry trends and emerging LinkedIn marketing practices to continuously refine and innovate our approach.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, graphic designers, sales, and product teams to align LinkedIn initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
- Maintain and manage the LinkedIn company profile, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interactions to maintain a vibrant, active brand presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience specializing in LinkedIn marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing LinkedIn paid campaigns, including budget management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in LinkedIn analytics tools, Google Analytics, and other social media reporting tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills with a professional and engaging tone.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude toward collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

- Experience working with B2B marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies on LinkedIn.
