Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse and last-mile delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence across our fulfillment network.

This role is a senior operational leadership position, responsible for driving performance across warehouse functions while aligning logistics execution with commercial and customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure seamless coordination between warehouse, logistics, and last-mile delivery teams to achieve accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
• Own and continuously optimize last-mile delivery operations, ensuring SLAs, delivery timelines, and customer experience standards are consistently met.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to drive productivity, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices for inventory control, warehouse layout design, and workflow optimization.
• Analyze warehouse and delivery performance data to identify efficiency gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Own and manage key operational KPIs, including order accuracy, dispatch timelines, delivery efficiency, cost performance, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and operational standards across all warehouse and logistics activities.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Technology, and Planning teams to align operational capacity with business demand.
• Develop, manage, and control operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective and scalable operations.
• Drive performance management, team development, and succession planning across the warehouse and logistics function.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).
• 810 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong hands-on experience managing warehouse fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations within the UAE or wider GCC region.

• Proven track record within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG environments.
• Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and last-mile delivery technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to operational decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, multicultural teams in fast-paced operational environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be currently based in Dubai, with strong knowledge of local logistics regulations, delivery networks, and supplier ecosystems.
