Were looking for a design-first, build-smart creative who can own websites end to end, from concept and layout to going live. If you live for clean, modern web design and know your way around Webflow, WordPress, and maybe even a bit of React, we want to talk.
Were a fast-growing, AI-driven marketing agency working with high-performing brands in the UK and Ireland, mostly in healthcare and service-based industries.
Our websites and landing pages arent just pretty. They perform. And youll be at the heart of that.
What Youll Do- Design and build conversion-focused websites and landing pages in Webflow or WordPress.
- Create custom components, themes, and layouts from scratch. No cookie-cutter templates here.
- Work with marketers, copywriters, and campaign managers to bring digital experiences to life.
- Integrate tools like CRMs, booking systems, analytics, and anything else our clients need to win.
- Own site performance, SEO basics, UX best practices, and pixel-perfect responsiveness.
- Maintain and optimize existing sites.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in web design and development (agency experience is a plus).
- A portfolio that shows tasteful, modern design and real-world performance-driven work.
- Fluent in HTML, CSS, JS, and comfortable in frameworks like React or Vue if needed.
- Strong hands-on skills in Webflow and WordPress, including custom builds.

- Bonus if you get design for UK/Ireland audiences and are familiar with healthcare/dental verticals.
- Youre proactive, detail-obsessed, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools, funnel builders, or A/B testing platforms (Webflow logic, Unbounce, etc).
- Understanding of accessibility, local SEO, and animation libraries (Lottie, Framer Motion, etc).
