Were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with agency experience and a proven track record in Google and Meta Ads to help scale performance campaigns for our growing portfolio of dental clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-converting ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Build and optimize campaigns tailored to
  
  UK/Ireland markets, including local regulations, search behaviours and seasonal trends.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and produce actionable insights and reports.
• Work closely with content, creative and web teams to align ad messaging and landing pages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate campaigns with AI-powered CRM workflows for better lead capture and nurturing.
• Stay current with platform updates, ad policies (especially in healthcare), and best practices.

Required Skills

• 57 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

  Get Hired
  Demonstrated success running lead generation campaigns for UK or Ireland-based clients.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, SEO tools and CRM platforms (especially AI-enabled or industry-specific).
• Bonus: Experience with or understanding of dental/healthcare marketing compliance and targeting.
• Demonstrated success in managing ad budgets exceeding ?10L annually with strong ROI.
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
