What role you will play in team: You will design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across the organization.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development needs.
• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in training and development.
• Strong instructional design skills.
• Experience delivering training using various methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
