Business Analyst

Job summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will act as a crucial bridge between our business partners and the IT department, ensuring that technology solutions effectively address business needs.
- You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, as well as facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- You will contribute to the success of large-scale projects and day-to-day operational requests, with a strong focus on the power utility domain.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications.
- Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze and document existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT developers, and project managers.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Business Process Modeling and Improvement:
- Develop and maintain business process models using industry-standard methodologies (e.g , BPMN).
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Perform and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or BETA presentations.
- Ensure that system features and requirements meet user needs and satisfy business objectives.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and test plans.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
- Maintain documentation related to AT&C loss reduction, Meter Reading & Billing Analytics, metering solutions, energy auditing, revenue ect.
Project Support:
- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation.
- Assist in project planning and execution.
