Ideal Candidate:

Youre someone who:

• Has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• Holds ServiceNow certifications (CSA is a must; CIS is a bonus)
• Can gather requirements, build scalable solutions, and lead client workshops
• Is confident working with global clients and remote teams
• Can communicate clearly and consult with stakeholders across time zones

Must-Have Skills:

? Real-world experience with end-to-end implementations

? Ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot ServiceNow

? Comfortable with Agile/Scrum delivery models

? Strong communication + client-facing presence
