Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, formulating HR policies, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Proficiency in HRMS tools, LinkedIn management, and MS Teams is essential. The role demands strong analytical skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to adapt to evolving HR technologies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement & New Initiatives
- Design and implement employee engagement programs.
- Drive innovative HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
2. Performance Management
- Lead performance review cycles.
- Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
3. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
4. HR Operations
- Oversee salary processing, performance bonuses, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
- Handle PF challan generation and EPFO portal activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely documentation.
5. HR Policy & Strategy
- Formulate and update HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
6. Technology & Tools
- Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Teams.
- Manage LinkedIn for employer branding and talent outreach.
- Generate reports and analytics for HR metrics and decision-making.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
- Maintain documentation for audits and legal requirements.

8. Learning & Development
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning.
- Arrange weekly Knowledge Sharing Sessions after identifying needs.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.
- Maintain and update HR records, including rsums, applicant logs, and employee forms, employee joining data etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Strong communication and people management skills
Proficiency in HRMS tools and employee engagement platforms
Ability to design and implement HR policies and initiatives effectively
Proactive and self-driven. .
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
