What Were Looking For:

? Strong grasp of accounting principles and bookkeeping

? Good with MS Excel and accounting tools

? Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

? Ability to work closely with our Client Servicing and Operations teams

? Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting (bonus!)

Key Responsibilities:

???? Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping and financial records

???? Prepare and manage sales invoices and purchase entries

???? Record and monitor vendor transactions and payments

???? Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement

???? Coordinate with CS team for timely cost closures

???? Handle bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow accuracy

???? Manage and reconcile petty cash expenses

???? Ensure timely and accurate TDS deductions, payments, and filings

???? Prepare event-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) reports

???? Create detailed cost estimates and client proposals
