Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst for Strategy Analytics will support senior and executive leaders and the business strategy/development function by providing actionable insights around broader portfolio themes. This role will shape strategic decisions and guide key internal partners through a comprehensive understanding of transactional trends, profitability levers, macro-economic influencers, brand-specific challenges, and business capability impacts, ultimately fostering effective positioning of our enterprise strategies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide senior leaders with broad insights around key business questions and coordinate with relevant partners for complete and holistic perspectives - (30%)
- Serve as an analytical resource to senior leaders, formulating analytical problems and synthesizing information into cohesive stories using various data and information sources (e.g. internal data, industry data such as Argus and Moodys, and qualitative data). - (30%)
- Support business strategies through strategic analytical needs, including market and vertical assessments, customer behavior, and capability assessments. - (20%)
- Proactively assess performance across verticals, markets, capabilities, and customer segments to bring recommendations to business strategy, client partnerships, and other key stakeholders. - (20%)
Minimum Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including customer, credit, risk, financial, marketing analytics, or a similar function.
