Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

What you will do: You will handle various HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and supporting HR initiatives.

Key responsibility:

  • Maintain employee files, records, and databases.
  • Process HR paperwork, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and benefit enrollment forms.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate HR events and activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Provide support to other HR staff members.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
