Talent Acquisition Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our talent acquisition team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company.

What you will do: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and onboarding.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring processes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source and recruit top talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
