Job Description

What role you will play in team: You'll be a core member of our tech recruiting team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering talent for various technical roles.

What you will do: You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for tech roles, utilizing various sourcing methods, networking, and building strong candidate relationships.

Key responsibility:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging various platforms and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub).
  • Screen candidates' resumes, conduct technical phone interviews, and assess technical skills.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, track progress, and maintain accurate records in our ATS.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of various technologies and technical roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Experience with Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
