Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive / Manager US Staffing
Location : Remote (India)
Shift: US Shift (EST / CST / PST)
Experience : 28 years (depending on level)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Sales & Business Development professional with hands-on experience in the US Staffing industry. The role focuses on new client acquisition, cold calling, inside sales, and pipeline building using modern lead generation tools. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term staffing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities for IT / Non-IT / Healthcare / Engineering staffing in the US market
- Perform high-volume cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to MSPs, direct clients, and VMS accounts
- Pitch staffing services including contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring models
- Set up and conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability walkthroughs
- Negotiate rates, terms, MSAs, NDAs, and staffing agreements
Inside Sales & Lead Generation
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Use lead generation platforms such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ZoomInfo
- Apollo.io
- Lusha
- RocketReach
- Seamless.ai
- Research and target accounts across industries and geographies in the US
- Follow up consistently to convert warm and cold leads
Account Management & Growth
- Work closely with recruiters to align client requirements and delivery
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and expand existing accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in US Staffing sales / business development
- Strong exposure to cold calling & inside sales
- Understanding of MSP/VMS models (Fieldglass, Beeline, SAP Ariba, etc.)
- Knowledge of US staffing tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing US client relationships or active book of business (strong plus)
- Experience working with offshore recruitment teams
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Background in IT staffing is a plus
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated per month
- Client meetings scheduled and conducted
- New MSAs / clients onboarded
- Revenue generated
- Conversion rate from lead to client
