1. Senior Architect (AI SDLC Transformation Lead)

Role Summary:

Own the end-to-end architecture and operating model for AI-enabled SDLC and OpEx transformation across fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the AI-enabled SDLC architecture and operating model across products and squads

• Drive integration of AI, automation, and DevSecOps into delivery and governance workflows

• Establish architectural guardrails, standards, and decision frameworks for scaling AI initiatives

• Align business outcomes with technical architecture, ensuring measurable efficiency gains

• Guide optimization of squad structures, role mix, and delivery patterns using data insights

• Partner with stakeholders to embed experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years in architecture, engineering leadership, or large-scale transformation programs

• Strong experience in cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices

• Proven track record in SDLC transformation, DevSecOps, and operating model design

• Experience driving AI/automation adoption at enterprise scale

• Strong understanding of Agile, product-based delivery models, and governance frameworks

• Ability to define KPIs, OKRs, and value realization frameworks

• Excellent stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering leadership

• Experience in data-driven decision making and organisational design (squad models)
