TSI - CSD/CPC - Ambala/Chandigarh/Zirakpur

Incumbent will be responsible for managing the CSD/KPKB business for North. by putting right SOP/ Process and deliverables in place. He will be responsible for delivering the IOP numbers for CSD & KPKB channel for North territory by driving distribution, product visibility & display opportunities. Leverage the planned & present resources & infrastructure to maximize sales for the CSD/KPKB channel. He will be going to handle team of 10 FOs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling Government clients like Army Canteens & KPKB Canteens.
• Coordinate with CSD Depots & ensuring all the major SKUs in URCs & Subsidiary canteens, handling store merchandising, product promotion etc. & timely billing collection. Listing of new SKus in URCs with the support of FOs.
• Developing & maintaining relationship with Officer level posts who are heading CSD depots, URCs, KPKB Master & Subsidiary Canteens
  
• Monitor Depot Fill Rate & stock Control from CFA to Depot & from Depot to URCs.
• Maintaining the proper hygiene of payments collection from KPKB canteens.
• Timely collection of form2 & BFAs from CSD depots.

Handling and managing the team of 10 FOs.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree or masters degree in marketing or business or similar.
• Work Experience 7+ years.
• Should have handled / CSD/KPKB business or is currently handling such a profile.
• Have a vast track record of successfully growing CSD/KPKB channel performance as well as delivering on budget and long-term strategy.
