Senior Data Scientist - Clinical Trials

What role you will play in team: Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models to optimize clinical trials.

What you will do: Design, develop, and validate machine learning models for various clinical trial applications.

Key responsibility:

• Develop predictive models for patient recruitment and retention.
• Analyze clinical trial data to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to improve trial design and execution.
• 
  Develop and maintain data pipelines for clinical trial data.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to publications.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., biostatistics, statistics, computer science).
• 5+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with clinical trial data and regulatory requirements.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
