Job Description
- As a Customer Service Officer in the Replenishment function, your role involves delivering on data analysis requirements of the team and driving warehousing excellence activities from the centre.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Warehouse Management & Customer Service
- Monitoring & managing daily MIS on CRS, PDP & CFR/LFR compliance
- Monitoring of overheads at warehouses & detentions. Monitoring warehouse & secondary utilization on daily basis
- Monitor obsolescence at Depots and trigger stakeholders to take necessary actions to avoid finished goods write off
- Execute Depot SOPs and put in controls to ensure statutory compliance
- Ensure timely warehouse audits, pest controls etc
- Ensure highest of hygiene & safety standards across warehouses
- Driving & monitoring best practices across warehouses

**Qualifications Required:**
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Management
- 3-5 years of experience in Logistics Management & Customer Service
This position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. You will be interacting with stakeholders both internally (Demand Planning, Regional Customer service & Logistics Manager, Planning Team, Transportation Team, Legal team, Purchase & IT team, Sales Team, etc.) and externally (C&F, Transporters, Vendors).
