About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer (Team Lead) to join a high-performing team working on a large-scale, mission-critical digital transformation platform currently being rolled out across multiple business units.

You ll be driving the design, performance, scalability, and robustness of a multi-service platform that includes real-time integrations, Kafka pipelines, and enterprise-grade data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a backend team (5 developers), providing architectural direction, enforcing clean code, and overseeing technical delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain .NET Core microservices running at scale in production.

• Ensure the system is highly scalable, maintainable, and performs under load.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: DevOps, QA, front-end, mobile, and product.
• Drive implementation of design patterns, caching strategies, and CDC mechanisms.
• Manage third-party integrations, payment flows, scheduling engines, and user onboarding workflows.
• Participate in the refactoring and hardening of existing production components while continuing greenfield development.
• Play an active role in performance optimization, architecture evolution, and tech decisions.
• Enforce Git standards, CI/CD practices, and Agile development principles.
