Job Description

You are being sought out by BROACHCUTTER, India's leading company for Magnetic Drilling Machines and Annular Cutters, to join as a Senior Consultant on a part-time or flexible engagement basis. Your role will involve providing expertise in embedded control systems for industrial machines to assist in the development of PCB-based control cards for their magnetic drilling machines.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the development of PCB control cards for various functions including Soft Start, Overload Protection, Automatic Feed Control, Motor control, and safety features.
- Act as the technical representative for BROACHCUTTER with external developers and manufacturers.
- Review designs, firmware, and schematics to ensure compliance with industrial standards.

- Provide advice on component selection, suppliers, and testing methods.
Skills & Experience:
- You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in electronics, embedded systems, or motor control.
- Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, power electronics, PCB design, and firmware is essential.
- Experience with industrial automation and machine control systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and EMI/EMC standards is beneficial.
