Job Description

As a post-sale technical support specialist, your responsibilities will include providing technical support services to customers after the sale. This involves tasks such as installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance. You will be the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product operation and malfunctions, offering advice on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will perform technical tasks to support various professional functions, requiring vocational training or equivalent experience. Your duties will be carried out following established procedures, and you will have developed proficiency in a range of processes through job-related training and hands-on experience.

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in Java software development
- Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL

- Organized with a structured approach, capable of making decisions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Open to change and new ideas, adaptable to varying directions
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary for operational reasons
Functional Knowledge:
You are expected to have a solid understanding and application of procedures and concepts within your discipline, with basic knowledge of other disciplines.
