Position Title: Junior Sales Support Representative

Reports To: Head of Sales
Location: Noida

Shift:Australian Shift (3:30/4:30 am to 12:30/1:30 pm)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Excellent Communication skills are required

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Head in daily sales operations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documents
• Maintain CRM, sales trackers, and records
• Coordinate order processing and follow-ups
• Respond to routine customer inquiries
• Track pending tasks,approvals, and deadlines
• Schedule meetings and assist with presentations
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics)
• Prepare simple sales reports and updates

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
• 02 years of experience in sales support or administration (freshers may apply)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented and reliable
