Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales efforts by identifying opportunities, building relationships with school leaders, and presenting Bryts solutions to potential clients. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sales support. The Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to meet revenue and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research and the development of sales strategies
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities

- Ability to manage KPIs, sales pipelines, and achieve targeted revenue goals
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with experience in cross-functional coordination
- Prior experience in the education sector or with EdTech products is advantageous

- Willingness to travel within the region
