Job Title: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter (Minimum 6+ years of Experience)

Location: Onsite

Shift Timings: Monday Friday 6:30 pm 3:30 am IST (Daylight Start), 7:30 pm 4:30 am (Daylight Stop).

Week Off and Holidays: Fixed week off on Saturday and Sunday, only US holidays.

Office Address : Banjara Hills.

Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment within the IT staffing industry.

Ability to lead and manage the team.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting IT talent for contract and permanent positions.

Strong understanding of the IT job market and recruitment trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Bachelors degree in business, human resources, or a related field.

Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
