Your responsibilities
Support customer service processes in the SAP CRM. Monitor and solve system issues with stakeholders. Provide support for SAP CRM modules.

• Work with technical teams to improve systems and resolve issues.
• Share knowledge and best practices with teams.
• Train team members on critical systems and processes.
  
• Work on cross-functional projects and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Help with system upgrades and migrations.
  

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP CRM system support
• Experience in customer service operations and process improvement.
