As a UK/Europe IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions for clients based in the UK and across Europe. The role includes:

• Managing complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  
• Sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, CWJobs, JobServe, Reed, TotalJobs, etc.), social media, databases, and referrals
  
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with candidates and clients

• Submitting suitable profiles and ensuring timely feedback and coordination for interviews
  
• Understanding UK/EU employment laws, work permit requirements (Right to Work), and compliance matters
  
• Strategizing talent acquisition plans as per client needs and market trends
  

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  
• Experience: Prior recruitment experience (UK/Europe market preferred but not mandatory)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Understanding of recruitment fundamentals and sourcing techniques
  
• Basic knowledge of UK/EU employment regulations and Right to Work rules is an added advantage
  
• Passionate about international recruitment and working with global clients
