Job Description
Role Overview: The Centre Head is responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the center, ensuring its smooth operation, and driving its growth and success. This position requires strong leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills to manage staff, interact with clients or customers, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management:
- Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the centers goals and objectives.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize performance and ensure financial sustainability.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of center operations, including scheduling, facilities management, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve services and programs offered by the center.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the centers budget, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary limits.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate promotional events, advertising campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to increase the centers visibility and reach.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with center operations and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop contingency plans to address emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

- Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and relevant management software.
