Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Surat
Timings: 9:30AM - 6:30PM
Working days: Monday - Friday
Job Responsibilities:
? Identifying and evaluating suitable job postings on Upwork
? Developing and submitting competitive, relevant, and compelling bids and proposals
? Communicating with clients to gather project requirements and provide project
Updates
? Managing communications with clients, both before and after project completion
? Negotiating contract terms and conditions on behalf of the company
? Building and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
? Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity on Upwork to ensure the company remains
competitive
? Collaborating with the team to ensure that proposals are consistent with the companys
branding and messaging
? Tracking and reporting on bid performance to inform future bidding strategies.
