Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Kozhikode. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and facilitating various HR initiatives to align with the companys strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Management System, including goal setting, KPI alignment, performance appraisals, and reporting, while ensuring fairness and continuous process improvement.
• Experience in handling monthly payroll preparation, validation, and processing in line with company policies and statutory norms, maintaining accurate records of attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions, and coordinating with finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
• maintain and update HRMS records, employee files, and documentation in strict confidentiality, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
• Experience in handling employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and separations, ensuring smooth employee experience and adherence to company policies.
